With that in mind, every technician will be supplied with a Snap-On toolbox and every tool needed for your first day of work (a $10,000 value). Better yet, after three years of consecutive service the toolbox is yours to keep.

Deferred Compensation Program

Our deferred compensation begins paying out after the third year of  employment. All certified technicians recieve 6%. This does not affect retirement account eligibility. Employees can take the compensation as income or deposit it into a retirement account.
